Product descriptions
I aim to describe my products as accurately as possible. However, as the items are handmade or small batch production, they can differ slightly from the descriptions, for instance the colour of the products or their sizes.

Bespoke items
I welcome personal commissions to make things to your specifications. Please get in touch using the contact form to discuss this further or to receive a quote. Please note that I cannot accept returns of commissioned items.
Duties & Taxes
International deliveries may sometimes incur import duties depending on the destination. You will be responsible for paying any such taxes or duties.
Postage & Shipping
I do my best to send your orders to you via the most reliable & secure shipping methods. These are charged at cost. This amount will appear on your cart when placing an order. I post orders on Tuesdays and Fridays as a minimum. I post on other days when I can.
Orders & Returns
I hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, I do understand you may sometimes wish to return some items. Please get in touch using the contact form if you wish to return your order or use the email address in your order. I am happy to exchange or refund within 14 days from receipt as long as the items are returned in the original condition. Please note that I cannot cover the cost of return postage unless the item was faulty when you received it.
In the unlikely event that the item you have received is faulty, please let me know with 24 hours of receipt. Please wrap the item securely & use an insured trackable method -registered/recorded/special delivery to return it to us. Please retain your proof of postage. For return of faulty items, I will refund the cost of the item & the cost of sending it back to me
I reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund if the item is damaged during transit or if it is not in the original/saleable condition. Please note that I am unable to refund/exchange items that were made to your specifications.
All international refunds will be made in Pound Sterling.
